3. Bookings and Cancellations


3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

3.2 Customer Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted service cost.

Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation, subject to fees.

We accept liability for damage directly caused by our negligence. Liability is limited to the service cost or £1,000, whichever is lower.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
